Just now (12 noon Friday) I put a 32 pound frozen turkey into the oven at 450 degrees for 30 minutes then I will turn it down to 180 degrees and leave it till tomorrow evening (Saturday) at around 5pm when we will eat the most juicy, most mouth watering Turkey and no one will have any kind of worries about bacteria. I have been slow roasting my frozen solid, very large Turkeys at low temperatures for 15 years and have never had any problems.
